It's coming...I have been prepping Gavin for potty training. He isn't sure about it yet, but he brings it up on his own now, so that is a good sign. I tell him that when the diapers are all gone, then he will wear big boy underwear. Yesterday when I said the diapers were almost gone, he replied, "We buy some more." We'll see what happens.

That picture is HILARIOUS. Good luck with your potty training adventures! My neighbor told me they used water balloons and it worked instantly. They told their son he could throw a water balloon every time he peed in the toilet. The first time he peed in the toilet, they took him out to the yard and let him throw one. He immediately said "I have to pee again!" and ran to the toilet so he could throw another one. They didn't have much trouble after that :-)
