Our "Deer" Experience

We were 2 miles outside of Panguitch, UT when a deer came out of nowhere. My mom didn't even have time to put on the brakes. The deer hit dead center of the van, flew up in the air and off to the shoulder, where it rolled several times. We just kept going so that we could make it into Panguitch. We were blessed that the deer didn't land on the van and that none of us were hurt. The van was full of passengers: My mom (the driver), Melissa, Cherisse, Aubrey, Olivia, Gavin and me. This is the van after the repairs were done--the repairs were only temporary, though--more work will have to be done.
