Gavin loves toast.
This is one of the faces Gavin makes the most. Lately he has been into screaming really loudly when he isn't getting what he wants.
After Ben graduated we got kicked out of our apartment, so our friends, Jody and Matthew, let us live with them until Ben found a job. Recently we were able to take a trip back up to Idaho and we got to stay with them again! It was so fun to see them and some of the people I used to work with.
Gavin discovered that if he pushes on the table, his chair rocks back. Obviously he was proud of his discovery, but it is a dangerous one. So, I put his chair up against the wall and I move the table in and out so that he can't do this anymore. Thankfully our table doesn't weigh that much.
One night Gavin was SO tired that he fell asleep on Ben's lap. This is a rare occasion. The other day my neighbor was watching Gavin and he just put his head down on his blanket and fell asleep for 20 minutes.
We celebrated my sister, Cherisse's, birthday at my apartment. I made her an ice cream sandwich cake and I used banana split ice cream sandwiches. It is not the prettiest cake, but it was yummy. Happy 19th Birthday, Cherisse! You are still so young.
